Peter Jayatilake
Founder/Managing Director
Mr Jayatilake started this venture in the year 2010 with his own private investment. He has been into business for the last 30 years starting up businesses in diverse industries such as, agriculture and real estate with his unique gut feel business instincts. He has been the visionary leader behind the brand Heritage from its inception, and has successfully spearheaded the entire operation at Heritage right from its start. He is an instrumental pillar in the success of Heritage to where it stands today and has been the pioneer in making the 100% of capital through own private investment along with the expansion to the new factory.
Angela Jayatilake
Director – Marketing and Administration
She is currently a MBA (UK), CIM(UK) and holds a Degree in management from an accredited UK university, currently qualified and specialized in the field of marketing with over 10 years of corporate experience in multiple industries such as, FMCG and Financial services. She started her career in the field of Event management, Activations and then swapped herself into brand building leading key brand strategic campaigns for the corporates she worked for and then was in leadership for category management and media roles. Having been exposed to both multinational and local facets working closely with the management and a part of strategic decision making has led many strategic business campaigns. In addition, she has also led award winning entries for brands at prestigious events for brand excellence.
Shehan Marthris
Director – Production and Sales
He currently holds a Bsc in Management from NIBM University, MBA(UK) and CIM(UK) qualified and has been an instrumental pillar in transforming and creating a clientele for the business. With corporate experience gained, he has continuously added value to the team in terms of driving the set targets of Heritage and making the business to a different level. With previous exposure in terms of production and brands, and in production in the FMCG sector he has led the success of the business from its inception and visions to move forward in.
